FAQs

Make your goals a reality with clear answers on eligibility, credit history, fees, and how our facilities work.

What does it mean to be blacklisted?

Being blacklisted typically means a credit bureau holds a negative record against you — for example due to debt review, a judgment, or a history of missed payments. That record can make mainstream lending harder.

ML Invest Holdings helps clients explore pathways to address outstanding obligations and pursue personal loan options through responsible partners where appropriate.

Does a poor credit record mean I can never get finance?

No. A difficult credit history does not permanently close every door. Accessing a personal facility through a registered credit provider — with responsible lending standards — remains possible for many applicants. We assess each case on its merits and communicate options clearly.

Are there hidden charges?

No. We make fees clear upfront before you apply. You should always understand costs and obligations before you commit.

What are the loan repayment terms?

Loan agreements may allow for 50% immediate repayment or settlement. Where you repay 50% of the credited amount immediately, a 20% discount may apply to the remaining balance. Exact terms are confirmed with you before you proceed.

Structured credit-support facilities are designed to help strengthen your financial position when used responsibly alongside on-time repayments.

Mandate, cancellation & assignment

Where a debit-order or collection mandate applies, you authorise the relevant provider to collect instalments from your nominated account according to the agreed schedule.

You may request cancellation of a mandate subject to the terms of your agreement and any notice periods required. Assignments of rights under an agreement may occur between authorised parties as disclosed in your contract documentation.

Always review the mandate wording supplied with your offer before signing.

  • Do not miss credit card payments
  • Address outstanding balances responsibly — including structured 50% immediate repayment options where offered
